You will be clinically qualified as a nurse. As the Registered Manager you would be expected to provide leadership to the staff team, helping form and maintain standards of the service as well as work with the senior management team to enhance the service provided.

The people we support have either a learning disability, an autistic spectrum disorder with associated complex challenging needs and/or a mental health diagnosis.

Regional Relationships Manager at Heathcotes Group
The Heathcotes Group is currently seeking a Regional Relationship Manager to join our Business Development Team.
As a member of our Business Development Team you will work under direction of the Head of Business Development. The main focus of the Business Development team is to increase occupancy and scope new service models. You will also be required to work with colleagues across the organisation; operations, finance and senior management to ensure that a cohesive approach to development is maintained. A key measure to your success will be in the incremental increase of occupancy levels throughout our services; both new and existing. You will have a great degree of autonomy to make this happen, but at its heart, your approach will need to be reflective of our values and respect for our colleagues and the people we support.
As Regional Relationship Manager, you will be a point of contact for enquiries, referrals, and assessment activity for your region. You will undertake formal written assessments with individuals which will entail the gathering of relevant information e.g. risk assessments, PBS plans, support plans. You will manage a case load of referrals for your designated region (Nottinghamshire or North West; flexible) and will work with internal colleagues to ensure the smooth and safe transition into our service. A key focus of this role is increasing occupancy in existing services, ensuring placements are suitable and safe.
